WordPress, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
I was the Art Director and Website Developer for servingfoodsolutions.com, the 2015 Cabrini College honors convergence project. With this position I was responsible for designing the site’s logo and overall aesthetic appeal in addition to placing all content. I also created 10 pieces of media for the site while working alongside 13 other students.
Luke Bryan Type Portrait
In Graphic Design I, the assignment was to create a portrait of a celebrity made exclusively out of type and incorporate a relevant quote. I chose Luke Bryan, country music superstar, and composed him out of the lyrics to his song “Dirt Road Diary.” My portrait of Luke Bryan was on display in the Grace and Joseph Gorevin Fine Arts Gallery at Cabrini College from November 2014-January 2015.
Festival de Mañana Brand Extension
In Digital Color Theory, we had to create a fictitious company that sold a product and design brand extension packaging for it. My company is Festival de Mañana, a South American coffee company, and I was inspired by the raw color intensity that is often seen in cultural events and the authenticity of their coffee packaging.
Treasures of Korea Exhibition Booklet
In Computer Desktop Publication, our project was to select a gallery that was currently being exhibited in a museum and design a booklet displaying the mood of the work. Treasures of Korea, which is on display at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, instantly caught my attention due to their variety of paintings & artifacts.
Upper Darby Summer Stage Bookmarks
During my internship with Upper Darby Summer Stage in the summer of 2014, I was the primary graphic designer and designed the bookmark giveaways for the 39th season. The theme was their “To Fill the World with Love” campaign and I was required to include information on all 6 of their children’s theater shows and their Mainstage production.
